But., one day at the end of season 8, Kris wormed himself into my heart.

I wasn't a big fan of Adam, but I was prepared for him to win and probably would have never looked back. But, that night that Kris won, I was overwhelmed with happiness and since then I think very little of the Beatles but Kris seems to be in my every thought.

Hopefully there are quite a few though! ;) I would recommend to stick to requesting in FL stations because they will take you seriously since you live in the area. However, a tweet/request here and there to out of state stations should be okay, since we are allowed to listen to those stations online. However, when it comes to polls and what not, try to stick to polls within your area in order to steer away from spamming. As for AC stations, I don't see any harm in requesting there but I do think we should focus on Top 40 & HOT AC stations because that is where his music fits best and those are the stations that are most likely to playing TVOL.

If you have any other questions just ask away! :) Also, feel free to leave a comment on the Yellow Team TVOL Radio Post with any feedback you get from requesting TVOL. We'd love to know!

I have to agree, I do love the band with Kris. I hope they continue playing and I think they will. They have great chemistry and play great together. But that doesnt mean they wont do their own thing on the side.

The new song i feel is a mix of country, rock, blues. It is definitely a different sound that what we're used to from him. But i like that it shows a different side of him. I dont think that will be how his album will come out like though. Kris has been working with a variety of writers and producers but he has said he wants a more cohesive sound. Which i feel is more of pop rock than anything else. Kind of like "Leave you alone."

What is your twitter name so that I can follow you too? I use the twitter for iPhone app and it has been great for me. :) It is really simple to use.

Also, i don't know how familiar you are with Kris' band members but did you see the post they made about the Reel Big Fish concert? Well Ryland (Kris' drummer) is in that band. They wrote a review of the show and even posted up an interview with the band. I thought that was interesting. :)

I am now following them on twitter and will be sure to tweet them about a Kris show around here or something. We should also look into how we would be able to get an ad in the paper (for show promo when the time comes, lol). Maybe it costs money or what not, but it'd be good to know. :)

& maybe i'll end up writing a blog about Kris' show anyway. lol :D I'll write a short review and post a pic and video.

That forum is where we monitor the radio spins of the states in that team, try to coordinate promo for shows there etc. There isn't much going on there now but hopefully more people will post when Kris releases the new single/album. I am not really sure how many fans he has here but I think its a good amount. The Orlando show in the summer had no publicity at all and yet it was packed in there and those were mostly die hard fans who keep up with him online and stuff. I would assume that if he were promoted more he would be able to attract a lot of casual fans as well.

I really wish he would receive more promo for his shows, because as you mentioned the Orlando show last year got no publicity at all. And he definitely has a good following in here.

Also, did you go to petapalooza in Tampa? :) The show was great and the crowd loved him.
