Hello and Welcome to the Yellow Team!!!
If you are located in one of the following states / areas, you are considered a member of the Yellow team...

Remember that the whole concept of this project is to work together as a team. Get to know the radio stations in your area, and get to know other Kris fans within that area. Help each other promote Kris in any way you can.
Your Regional Team Captain is Yendi Rodriguez. If you have any questions about the promo being done in your region, you can address it to her. General radio promo questions can be addressed to Nick or taks.

So, in the last week, WQAL in Cleveland shook things up. They are no longer using a head to head challenge to introduce new music. Instead, they've introduced the "Q104-Play". People text in song requests from 7-9, then the top 4 songs are played at 9.
Good News: We got Kris on tonight's 4-Play.... bad news: They played The Truth. This tells me that they aren't ready to play AWM.
I'm trying to find out how new music will now be intro'd on the station. I'm not sure how successful I'll be.

I agree that they probably chose to play The Truth because they aren't ready to play AWM. But I think it's pretty impressive that there was enough interest (I assume in AWM) that it had enough requests to make the countdown. That should send a message that people are interested in hearing it and maybe they'll take this into consideration when choosing what songs to add over the next week or two.

Alright guys, along with the regular radio requests that I hope ur all doing I think it'd be good for us to request AWM on Open House Party. It gets broadcasted all over the US and could help get new fans! :) Can't hurt, right??

I really hope all have been requesting AWM on your local stations. As of right now the Orlando station is the only one giving AWM some spins in our area, so we need to request.
**You can call the DJ's, tweet them, contact the program director, email requests, or submit requests on Mediabase. **
I saw someone tweet that a station in KY was going to play AWM and if true, that is AWESOME! If some of you are in that area and they played AWM please give them feedback. Let them know that you loved hearing the song on the radio! :)
On another note, i will be out of town for the rest of the week (going to vegas, wooohoo :D) so I hope all of you will continue to request AWM and promote Kris on twitter, FB, etc!

yes...I wrote the program director.....and requested on-line with various DJs....still hoping to hear it soon......

Mentioned this in another thread, but I thought Id carry it over here as well...
Heavy focus might want to be put on the below station as they are CBS and CBS stations are the ones that are giving AWM consistent spins. If you are in the below area, please please please make sure to be requesting AWM.

Yay, welcome to our team! I look forward to working with you! :) Please take a look around the forum. Check out our weekly missions and try to familiarize yourself with the all the Radio stuff!
In the meantime, make sure you are requesting AWM at your local stations! If you hear the song on the radio, call in or tweet them to let them know you enjoyed it. Little things like that do help! :)

Hey guys. Don't know what's been going on with the team, but I've been sick since I got back from Chicago. :/ Sorry I've been MIA--I finally started an antibiotic and seem to be feeling a little better. I called my local station 15 times the other day/night, and I never got through. Has anyone else had luck with WKZL/1075?

Wow...I just did the online request form, and WKZL had AWM added to the list!!!!!!!! What does this mean? I just know it's a good thing since last time I had to write it in. \o/

I don't think they did add it. You have to have -FM added to the end. Kris isn't on there at all. I still write him in though.
