WEEKLY SPINJA REPORT – WEEK ENDING 6/23/12

ON THE CHARTS

It was a mixed week for The Vision Of Love on the charts:

 It dropped three spots on Billboard’s Adult Pop chart, from #29 to #32. However it also made its first appearance on the BB Adult Top 40 (HAC) Audience chart, coming in at #40.

On the Rick Dees’ HAC countdown, it moved up three spots, from #29 to #26. This is the 5^th week for TVOL on that countdown show.

It appeared on the American Top 40 HAC weekly countdown show for the first time, as a “breakout” song.

It also made its debut on the weekly Top 15 Countdown chart for Sirius Satellite’s HAC channel “The Pulse,” coming in at #14.

On the Mediabase HAC chart, TVOL stayed at #33 for a second straight week.

On the Mediabase AC chart, TVOL stayed at #37 for a second straight week.

Mediabase has gone and password protected its site, so we no longer have access to the spins and adds information. Instead, we now have to use the information we can get off of All-Access, which isn’t as complete.

As a result, the information on this report will be limited only to the top stations spinning TVOL plus any new stations that show up on the “starters” page on the All-Access site.  However, the spin totals listed in BOLD are the total monitored spins TVOL received, not just the ones from the stations listed.

We know that other stations in Canada besides CHRV spun TVOL last week, but because those stations aren’t listed on the song’s “Leaders” or “starters” page, I have no official data, so cannot list those other stations here.

CHR SPINS

We saw one CHR spin pop up on yes.com last week (from KQXY in Beaumont, TX). This evidently was the result of that station carrying one of the weekly countdown shows that TVOL appears on.
