Remember that the whole concept of this project is to work together as a team. Get to know the radio stations in your area, and get to know other Kris fans within that area. Help each other promote Kris in any way you can.

In Purple Team news - we so far only have spins from Hartford, CT. We've gotta keep going even though it can be frustrating.
Today we had a little victory - we were able to get the Baltimore HAC station, the one we're targeting, Mix 106.5, to post the Alright w/ Me video as the #MixHotTrack for the day. Please be sure, if you haven't already, to leave the station a nice, friendly comment on the page with the video and if you are local, please say so and be sure to say that you'd like to hear AWM on Mix 106.5. Thanks!

I don't live far from that charity fundraiser, and was hoping to be able to go anyway as part of my involvement with the AlrightWithMusic charity drive. What would you like me to do with this information? Just spread the word about Kris's involvement? In an effort for his name to be out there more? Or were you thinking something else? I can try and contact the radio station in that area tomorrow and letting them know about the charity project, and then casually ask if they play his music there? Say I'd love to hear it, especially when he's inspiring local people to do such good deeds? What do you all think?

That would be great. I wasn't sure at all where this was! I think we were just being asked to spread the word about the fundraiser via the internet but weaving it all together and taking it to the radio station sounds good to me.

The girl heading it up is a sophomore in college, and I don't know what type of promotion she's done for it, other than the stories I've seen pop up here and there on the internet about it. I'll see what I can find about stations in that area - I don't live far, but their radio stations are not my area.

Contacting the radio station about the event would be great. I am in the process of putting together an email for Lizzie and I will include this fundraiser for her information. If you get a hold of a particular radio station and they seem interested in the event or Kris (or AWM), please let me know and I will try to get this to Lizzie as well, in case they would like to do some kind of call-in interview or whatever.

Hi guys! Just wanted to thank you all for your efforts in requesting AWM. I have been concentrating my efforts on Hot 99.5, Mix 106.5 and 94.7 Fresh FM myself... please keep up the good work no matter how frustrating it can be be.

I have been doing it every single week and Live Like We're Dying is on there every week. Keep saying you love it and you are not sick of it. (Questions are do you love it, like, it's okay, etc. and are you sick of it, not sick of it, etc) And at the end it asks for message for station, so keep asking them to play Alright With Me.
Also keep requesting at wplj.com, z100.com, fresh1027.radio.com, and 923now.radio.com.

Aw man, I wish I'd checked earlier - holidays and all. Big fail on my part. I heard that countdown in parts yesterday but did not hear where LLWD ended up. As you probably saw in this thread somewhere, we're working Toby so feel free to tweet him (not too much) at @tkradio to request AWM.
FWIW - Susie talked to Dan from Mix 107.3 yesterday. He told her that AWM is on that station's "to do" list. Whatever that means, but he was the one who brought it up so hope that means something good.

Just wanted to post a general reminder and encouragement to our team to keep requesting. Yes, it's frustrating and we only have Hartford, but we've got to keep going now more than ever that the holidays are over & stations might be looking to refresh the playlist a bit.
I've been looking at what the red team is doing and they have a nice organized weekly posting to track their spins and keep their focus. I think I will try to attempt something similar.
