WHAT IS THIS?

A song parody, silly. Oh, you mean the contest? Well, it's a DESIGN THE LITTLE PAWNS LOGO contest.

HOW DO I DO THAT?

Using your ~talents, construct an image that is 300x300 pixels (so we can see it clearly) that also looks good at 100x100 (so we can use it places)

WHAT SHOULD I INCLUDE?

A little pawn, probably. And maybe the words "Little Pawns". You're welcome to incorporate the site color scheme (yellow, black, gray, white, etc), but it's not an absolute must.

WHAT SHOULDN'T I INCLUDE?

Imagery that could be considered exclusionary, suggestive, or inflammatory. Use your best judgment guys and remember it's our group symbol so take that to heart.

WHAT DO I WIN?

It's always about YOU isn't it? You'll get a handsome Little Pawn charm that you can make into a necklace or key chain or hide in your bra (creeeeeeepy) or whatever. You'll also get a framed version of the logo that I'll try and have signed for you by Chris Torres at my show. Or idk, someone else in the band, if there's anyone else you guys like, but I'm pretty sure we're all here for Torres.

HOW DO I SUBMIT?

UNF. I mean... email your entry to littlepawns@gmail.com by ONE AM, CST, NOVEMBER 1ST, 2010

HOW WILL THE WINNER BE DETERMINED?

Unless we can arrange a ~guest judge, I think we'll post a community wide vote.

Hmm. I'd really like to either keep it community-driven or if we managed to somehow get a hold of Kris though the magic of twitter/mutual acqaintences. But it's worth thinking about. We might have a graphic designer amongst our ranks.
